Who is this for?

I partner with ambitious scale-ups and founders who are ready to stop guessing what "good" design looks like. My approach is specifically designed for businesses where the leadership needs a proven system to scale their design function without the friction, waste, or quality-slips that typically haunt high-growth phases.

What makes you better than a full time hire?

Design leaders earn their value during periods of high uncertainty and change. Once the foundations, principles, and working patterns are established (usually a 9-month journey) a permanent leader often becomes an expensive BAU overhead. I offer the full strategic upside of a Head of Design with zero permanent overhead. I guarantee the measurable value I add will far outweigh the investment.

What If we already have a head of design?

I act as a Strategic Force Multiplier for your existing leadership. Permanent hires are often too "in the weeds" to step back and audit culture or process objectively. I provide the peer-level challenge and impartial 3rd-party insights that allow your current team to identify bottlenecks and scale faster than they could alone

How much engagement do you expect from us?

To deliver Speed and Certainty, I work as a partner, not a supplier. While I eventually move into a high-autonomy delivery phase, the initial few days of my tenure require deep collaboration so I can check the temperature of the business and align our goals.
